Building Blocks of Nutrition 
This program is designed to cultivate sustainable, and healthy eating habits through balanced and wholesome building blocks of nutrition.

Orientation is mandatory to begin the on-barding process. This will also include an InBody scan, or other equivalent for those who cannot participate in a scan.*

On-boarding spans the initial four weeks. This cycle is dedicated to a comprehensive orientation and setup phase. During this period, participants gain a thorough understanding of the challenge, set personalized goals, and establish a strong foundation for success.

Participants move into four-week maintenance cycles, where the focus shifts to integrating and sustaining healthy eating habits. Each maintenance cycle provides ongoing guidance, support, and resources to reinforce positive changes.

Initial Commitment: Eight (8) Weeks
On-boarding + One (1) Maintenance Cycle

*It is not recommended in patients with implanted cardiac devices without first consulting their physician.
